Ilio provides security monitoring software and services. Our flagship product, MyOwnDome, monitors cryptocurrency wallets and provides threat detection for digital assets. Our services are informational tools designed to help you monitor your digital security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.
4. No Financial Advice
Ilio services are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Safety Scores and threat assessments provided are based on automated analysis and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decisions. Always conduct your own research and consult with qualified professionals.
5. No Asset Control
Ilio does not have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or the ability to move or control your digital assets. We only monitor publicly available blockchain data. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and wallets.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ilio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services, including but not limited to any losses of cryptocurrency or digital assets. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high availability, Ilio services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services or that our monitoring will detect all security threats.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Ilio services are owned by Ilio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
